MIA

I've been a little MIA for a while. Sorry about that. I was so damned busy that writing a proper blog entry to talk about it all would have taken too much time. That's not to say that I'm so important that I didn't have time for writing, it just means that I had a lot on my plate and there were a couple of fleeting moments where I wondered if I'd get it all done. I didn't feel right about writing until those things were checked off my list.

So now, here I am. On the other side of the crazy. A little past the busy and looking forward to a wee bit of down time. Taxes and tax season are done and I'm better than half way through the wedding stuff I'm involved in. Unfortunately I only have a couple pictures with me so I'll have to post about NY Bride's festivities later. It was a packed weekend filled with preparation and fun. It was completely worth it all to see her smiling and happy the whole day through. Here's a sneak peak to hold you over. Yes, that is me and a stripper pole in the second picture.

I'll also have to tell you about Speedy McBridey's Vegas wedding this past weekend. In a word: FUN! Of course, you'll have to wait for that too when I've got the pictures loaded. Sorry! I will do my best to recap that ASAP.

For now I just wanted to write and say hi. I'm alive and well for the most part. I've got a lot of catching up to do on life it seems, but thankfully I'll have a little more time now to do it. I'll be back soon!
