I realize 3/4 of a cup isn't a lot of food, but if you combine that with a piece of fruit in the morning you've got a decent enough breakfast.
Cheerios aren't just for babies anymore. (I hear this protest from my kid all the time) I like to portion out the Cheerios into snack sized ziplock bags and carry that for an easy, low cal snack. You know how you get the munchies sometimes and you want something easy? Cheerios are much better for you than a bag of regular M&Ms at 240 calories with 90 grams of fat. (2g of protein for all you WW peeps). It may not be sweet, chocolaty goodness but it is a healthier snack option. If you plan ahead you can snack without guilt. And who doesn't like that?

The last time I had Cheerios was when my friend's 2 yo kid was sharing her snack w/ me. It was the yogurt one and I realized how much I miss eating them.
