I heard from Workout Buddy. Her husband went to the hospital yesterday and it turns out he has some internal bleeding. They're doing some tests to see what's going on. She'd been there with him since 4:00 p.m. yesterday and forgot to send me a message. Oh, you definitely get a get-out-of-workout-free pass for that one. I told her I understand completely and not to worry. She has other, more important, things going on than having to worry about sending me a text about meeting at the gym.
